Francesca, founder and CEO of Jumping Gems, was born in the north of Italy but, in pursuit of her aspirations in the European equestrian industry, Francesca relocated to the south of the Netherlands in 2020, also known as the “core” of the equestrian world in Europe.

Since a young age, Francesca has competed at high international levels in show jumping, achieving notable successes that have shaped her deep understanding of horse performance and rider needs. With a background in horse sales, management and logistics, she brings a wealth of experience and passion for the equestrian world.

Her commitment to animal welfare, communication, and eye for details has set a high standard in the industry, ensuring that Jumping Gems consistently delivers outstanding results for its clients.

Test Rider

Jorge, born into an equestrian-oriented family in La Coruna, Spain, has been surrounded by horses from a young age developing a deep passion for horses early on. He gained riding experience in both Europe and America, enriching his understanding of equestrian practices across continents.

With a solid background training, and managing horses, Jorge founded Equitrials: a riding service dedicated to promoting transparency in horse transactions. Jumping Gems collaborates closely with Equitrials to provide unbiased evaluations of horses

under investigation.

Each trial conducted by Equitrials is meticulously documented and entirely recorded. In addition, the buyer receives a written report that discusses the riding experience, horse temperament, and daily management practices provided by the horse’s owner
